Amazing location, however not easily accessible. The house is surrounded by meandring stairs and corridors, which I find extremely charming. View from the windows straight on Lugano lake and roofs of surrounding buildings. Down by the main road bar full of locals with all what you need in the morning:)

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

It is located in a town right after the border of Switzerland / Italy in the middle of small and narrow roads, lake and mountain views. The hotel is literally on the lake (access from the location) and has a beautiful court/terrace and garden. The furniture and decoration are quintessential. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Bathroom with the window and balcony). The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple, but included in the price of the room. You don't have to go anywhere in the evening, you can take a diner right here. There is a restaurant downstairs. The lake with pontoon-bridge is just 3 min from the hotel. So you can swim. There is a on -site parking space. Highly recommended!

You can jump to the lake from the garden's deck, it's absolutely lovely! It is located in a small village area close to Lugano (10-15 min by car). The restaurant is top level, food quality and service are excellent. There's also a bar and you can enjoy a drink watching the amazing landscape. Our room had a large balcony facing the lake, we loved the view. Good value for price.

Fully served breakfast was interesting experience for us, as we are used to buffet-style breakfasts. The proximity to lake and the beach area and swimming in the lake was amazing.
