Host was amazing. The location was brilliant and perfect. Clean, comfortable. Suprised to find it very well stocked with towels, toilet rolls, coffee and cakes!

Vernazza is probably the easiest of the Cinque Terra villages to get around. This lodging is up a cliff - 111 steps! But the view! Monterosso has the best beach. Corniglia is charming but amazing amount of stairs up from the train station. Riomaggiorie is the largest and plenty of amenities. Steep hills! All in all- be prepared to hike and climb in any of the villages. Worth it !

Vernazza was overcrowded.
Vernazza was overcrowded. The trains that accessed the town were horribly overpacked and at times the city streets were impassible. I hope that the tour groups that flooded the trains and streets will be limited in number in the future otherwise the quality of life in this beautiful village will be diminished,

Vernazza was a beautiful unique place to visit--so glad we were able to experience it! The hike from Vernazza to Monterosso was somewhat difficult because of so many steps but very worth it for the views. We would have liked to have taken the ferry back to Vernazza from Monterosso but it had not started running for the season yet, so we had to settle for the train. It's nice to have options!

We loved everything about Vernazza!
We loved everything about Vernazza! It is way more beautiful than I had pictured! It almost doesn't look real! The restaurants, food, drinks and dessert were all delicious! We hiked above the town and had breathtaking views! We were there in March so we had some rain upon arrival in the morning, but the sun came out on our hike and it was beautiful! We walked every where from the train station~ it was so easy to get around! The shops are darling and we bought several items! I would HIGHLY recommend visiting Cinque Terre!!!

We loved Vernazza.
We loved Vernazza. We enjoyed the views, the little harbor was beautiful.
The Tower views over looking the ocean and village was fantastic!
Our experiences in several restaurants were excellent. Plenty of shops for Souvenirs. Vernazza was also a great home base to visit the other villages of Cinque Terre. Our favorite Village.
Amazing view from the balcony especially in the morning hours..
Very silent nights and a very nice bistro just around the corner with great coffee and pastries.
We could leave our car parked at the house and did not need it most of the time. Bus stop not far away (to Vernazza by Bus is a cool Trip by itself).
Also in walking Distance were several hiking Trails with amazing views on the Coastline of the cinque terre. For everyone that is searching a beautiful retreat within the cinque terre with an Amazing cost-benefit-ratio - here you are!
The location of this property is a very quick walk from the Vernazza train station, easily accessible and manageable even with heavier luggage.
The view looks down into the square with the sea as a backdrop. It’s perfect. I also loved the light chatter from below restaurants - gives you a real Italian feel.
The room itself is very modern: decor, entry/locks and bath/shower.
Wifi worked exceptionally well - I worked remotely out of this location and had zero reception issues - lots of zoom/Skype and downloading of files.
The location was on a side street in the middle of town. There are steps to climb to reach the Airbnb. In Cinque Terre you will be climbing stone steps everywhere in every town.
Staying here you really got the feel of Cinque Terre-the towns and the people.
Be sure to take a passeggiata and enjoy the happenings.
Ristorante Luca was delicious and fabulous and right near the water. Check out the shops and food stores. Every morning we had a cappuccino and marmellata coronetta(horn).
The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The views from the breakfast terrace were amazing and the food was very good. I loved being right in Vernazza, especially at the end of the day, after the day-trippers were gone. The hotel has a second private terrace, which was great for escaping crowds. Ate at the associated restaurant twice. It was also a wonderful experience with delicious food and excellent service, right on the main piazza.
This hotel is in the perfect location in Vernazza! As a solo traveler I was worried about leaving my valuables on the beach as I swam, but staying right across from the beach all I had to do was bring my key. The management was super friendly, they had air conditioning which was a life saver in June, and they gave a 10% coupon to the restaurant below in the square. Just beware they are 4 floors up and there is no elevator, so lots of stairs!
This property was a lovely surprise. Located in the centre of Vernazza, its balcony overlooks the small pebble beach and has a wonderful view of the sea.
Clean, comfy bed, good coffee machine. The room was serviced daily and quiet at night.
We were greeted by the host off the train who helped us up the stairs with our luggage. She gave up a map of the town and showed us where the information centre was to obtain our Cinque Terre pass.
Amazing spot! You cannot beat this location anywhere in Cinque Terre. Right in the heart of Vernazza, extremely accessible to the train station to visit other spots. We had a rainy day and didn’t mind hanging out indoors for part of it. Bed was super comfortable & they have good closet space to hang up clothes (which helped to dry out our rainy clothes). Would absolutely stay again & recommend!
we love this place so much! the view is excellent. room was big, clean and decorated very well. we liked the hotel so much we decided to spend the second day of our visit to cinque terre as we figured the view from the balcony was better than actually going to the towns
staff are very friendly they make good breakfast. dinner at the hotel was very good and well priced
The location is excellent if you intend to visit Cinque Terre, The hotel is located on the main road but is extremely quiet.
The view from our room was stunning.
Alessandra was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
There is a small café right at the entrance of the hotel, ideal for coffee and breakfast. They serve an excellent apple pie and pancakes.
Very cute houses with a gorgeous view of Vernazza, the prettiest village of the Cinque Terre. Even more beautiful than the photos. The couple greeting us was incredibly kind. There was a fridge with water and tea & coffee, as well as tables to eat with the amazing view. The room was spacious and clean. 5 minute walk from the beach!
if u are in cinque terre for hiking and sightseeing and your accommodation is primarily for sleeping then you cant go wrong with Santa Marta Rooms.
room was clean and it had everything what needed.
also the room is near train station and street wise on a flat ground. in cinque terre you will appreciate it.
La Luna is located in the middle of Main Street of Vernazza. The most beautiful city in Cinque Terre. Just 2 minutes from wonderful port. Easy access for people coming by trains. Place was extremely clean and cosy. Paola is excellent host and her hospitality is beyond expectations. Thank you for everything.
The perfect place to stay within the Cinque Terre'.
Feels like home. Comfy so much to rest.
Most of all, the staffs were so nice and helpful. Always quick response.
Due to their convenient location and comfy, we chose to do little rest at home during afternoon instead of travelling the towns:)
The staff, owner Lorena and Lisa, were terrific and very good hosts. Lorena provided excellent tips regarding hiking paths. The location in Vernazza provided nice views and was close to train station. And Vernazza was central to the Cinque Terre. We were satisfied with our stay
the hotel is in a great location and although there are steps to get there (like everywhere in cinque terre) its not that bad and the owners help you with luggage. The rooms have modern facilities, good showers and a really comfortable bed/pillows.
The location is very good. Cinque Terre is an expensive place to stay, with limited options and small living spaces. Vernazza is a good base location, and this apartment is very close to the train station, hiking trail, and waterfront.
You get more than you pay in this very clean hotel in Vernazza. For me, the nicest town of Cinqueterre. The location is excellent, next to the train station. The room is confortable, with air conditionair.
Great value for money, incredibly convenient yet private location and wonderful hospitality from the owners. Safe, comfortable and quiet base for exploring Vernazza and the Cinque Terre.
