The hotel is beautiful and reasonably priced. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable. Nice central location and only a short walk from the train station. The breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection.

I wanted to review this hotel because this was one of the best hotel rooms that I had ever stayed in. This hotel rooms like 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 conditions. Huge bedroom with 75 or 80 inches TV, free movies, luxury type bathroom setup with jacuzzi bathtub, separate power room, toilet, and bathroom. Unlimited free drinks beer, wine, soft drinks, and all types of shampoo, hair conditioners, and all. I would recommend to have a free day to stay in the room to relax, if you are tired of traveling.
Also, I need to mention about the staff at this place. They are very helpful and kind. I ended up making a friend from Japan who is one of the hotel staff and his name is Yamasaki. His English is very good and we had good conversations few nights.

If you have to fly in or fly out from the Itami Airport, this is a solid choice. Be aware that you can not walk directly from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The hotel organizes a shuttle service that runs every 15 min, I believe from around 6 am to 10am and then from something like 2 pm to late evening. The access to the shuttle is via monorail station down to the parking lot. The staff of the hotel was nice. Breakfast had little variety but was okish.
