The room was very spacious throughout our trip, and the dinner and breakfast were great. The onsen facilities, with a tolerable temperature, were also excellent. The staff was very welcoming, and the hotel even drove us to the station when we checked out, which was a great help.
I will book again if I decide to stay at Hakone for the night in my next trip in the future.

Absolutely incredible staff from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure. In particular, Yuuta was so helpful, attentive, and downright elegant.
An EXCEPTIONAL breakfast and dinner were included with our room, prepared as Japanese interpretation of multi-course French cuisine. The view from the dining area was stunning. Absolutely wonderful.
