Staff were excellent, aziz and Abdu in particular. Resort itself was nice with lovely gardens and swimming pool. Freezer was handy to have. Breakfast buffet had a solid range of food and was definitely worth including.

Beautiful gardens and design, convenient location. The front of hotel doormen were exemplary and very, very good. Our waiters at breakfast and lunch were also very good. We had some very good lunches in the restaurant by the pool. The salads were excellent, fresh and memorable. I loved the fact that some produce was grown on the owners organic farm. The food was unfailingly fresh and enjoyable. we had two extremely good dinners - the Ramadan buffet in the Palace and the French restaurant in the hotel. Our family of four (with two fussy teenagers who were overflowing with praise - and that is unusual!) really enjoyed eating with the hotel.
