We liked everything about the property, it was perfect for the two of us. The location is ideal, a lovely (easy) walk to the old town, but in a stunning, peaceful location. Loads of places to sit by the water, and there’s a beach bar about 5 mins walk away too, which we loved. So glad we stayed in Dobrota and not the old town itself, which was very busy, trafficky and touristy (but still lovely, and well worth a visit). Lots of lovely waterside bars and restaurants nearby and a shop within 5 mins walk (away from the old town).
The staff are lovely, helpful and responsive.
Featuring a patio with mountain views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Stone Home Kotor can be found in Dobrota, close to Kotor Beach and a 15-minute walk from Virtu Beach.

I felt like staying in a mansion right on the sea. The room was called dirty, but it was very nice and clean, the price benefit balance is excellent. Special thanks to Murat in the restaurant.

Dobrota is a quiet place located in the municipality of Kotor. It is a perfect place to stay if you want a quiet vacation and peace. The water is crystal clear, calm, and good for swimming, but there are not many sandy parts. There is no crowd by the sea because there are many locations where you can place your towel and take a swim. There is not enough shade, except in the beach bar or hotel bar. There are a few restaurants/beach bars, two markets, one bakery and that is all you need. The place is long and the waterfront stretches all the way to Kotor, so you can walk along its entire length. Food is pretty good in every restaurant. Daily temperatures are not too high because the place is surrounded by hills.
