We stayed here for our wedding week, and the dulex apartment was beautiful. The spa pool was stunning. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was absolutely incredible!! On the morning of the wedding, the staff made my husband and his groomsmen food and were incredibly hospitable. We cannot wait to return in the future

The staff is really nice, the view was awesome. We booked the sea view room but got only side sea view (we did not realize that there is a better view). We did not complain as we were still satisfied eith the view. The reception informed us and they’ve moved our stuff the next day while we were at the breakfast. That was really bice from them to initiate it.

We chose Salini Resort for our (Maltese-German) wedding suite. Days later still absolutely amazed by how lovely, professional and caring all the staff at Salini - including 3rd party restaurants and other suppliers - is.
From the first contact point, the reception (Prisca, Michael, etc.) to reservation and event management (Kyle) to the restaurant (Ramon), the bar and food (Ian), house keeping (Nirmala) and many more.
This resort is
1. Super clean, rooms bright and spacious
2. Well managed, with staff that likes working there
3. Up for going the extra mile to satisfy customers.
We would give 10 stars if we could. Appreciated every moment. Thank you. Will be back soon!
Zebbug is a smaller town with character. There are many cafes and restaurants to meet all tastes. The locals are incredibly friendly and helpful. On quite a few days there is a market in the square. There is a very good bus service which allows you to stay in a less built up area of Malta, but with the ability to be able to travel around easily. We purchased a Tallinja 7 day pass for 21 euros each and we used it several times per day so the value was incredible.
We tried several restaurants from budget, to ££ and £££ and ate differently most nights; pizza, fresh fish, pasta - the food was incredible but the restaurant I would highlight is Tax-Xiha Bistro And Pizzeria. The food here is absolutely delicious with an incredible range to suit all tastes and they cater for gluten free!
I couldn't find anything that I didn't like about Zebugg. I guess it's a matter of opinion, but if you prefer somewhere a little out of the way, a quiet but quaint place then I highly recommend staying here rather than the incessant buzz of the main towns.

The location is fabulous as it’s a good home base if you want to go out for day trips. We stayed in Żebbug for 2 nights and drove out to Gozo, Dingli, Rabat, Mdina and Blue Grotto during our stay. We then came back to Żebbug in the evenings and had some great restaurants to choose from for dinner. Our favorite restaurant was Tax-Xiha. It’s a very lively area and it’s nice to see some more local parts of Malta.
Parking can be quite tricky in Żebbug during mass times and market times. That being said, I’d strongly recommend having a car as it’s very easy to drive from Żebbug to other parts of the island, especially areas that are more difficult to reach with public transport.

Good central location for a visit to Malta if you want an alternative to the bustle and noise of Valletta. Very much a town where people live their lives rather than a 'tourist trap'.
Good access to local buses.
Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars in the town. We enjoyed a wonderful at Mennula, which has a lovely roof terrace and offered a blend of Sicilian and Maltese food and some great wine.
Very convenient for the main Malta airport which can mean a bit of aircraft noise, which we didn't find a problem.
The bell on the main Church in the centre chimes the quarter hour all day and all night!

Nice village away from main tourist areas of Malta.
Nice village away from main tourist areas of Malta. Has daily market in village square and a selection of good restaurants and a convenience store. Frequent buses to Valletta, as well as direct ones to Rabat and from nearby Siggiewi to Blue Grotto, Haqar Qim and Dingli. Very convenient if you don't have a car. Lots of walks you can do in local area.
