The standard seemed not especially modern but it was comfortable, clean and well attended to. The proprietor was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I could park my bike in a large shed round the back, which is locked up at night. Breakfast was good, I thought the coffee was above average! For the evening meal the proprietor pointed me to an excellent restaurant a few hundred metres down the road. A nice relaxing overnight stay on my bike tour!

Ruimzicht is situated in a woodland setting, ideal for walking and cycling only 15 minutes’ drive from Doetinchem. It features free Wi-Fi, a library and a garden with a terrace.

This accommodation is a one of a kind. Exceptional. We were 2x couples and rented both towers. So after closing hours of the restaurant at 17:00 we had the whole Castle for ourselves and even got our own keys to the Castle. The people were extra nice, great breakfast in the garden in the morning with picnic baskets. A very memorable stay.

Villa Ruimzicht is a monumental building just outside Doetinchem city-centre, situated in an arboretum, a special city estate with monumental trees.

Very cozy and stylized furnished, comfortable and relaxing setting. In a perfect location for my personal travels and close to lot of shops, restaurants and beautiful architectures. The room was spacious with a good hanger for clothes and the bathroom had toiletries for showering. I arrived after the check-in time so the host, Anne-Marie, sent me instructions for self check-in that was very clear and easy to manage. The communication was also very quick and clear and made my travels a lot easier. I would definetly stay there again if I need to travel through Doetinchem.

It’s a chich tiny hotel with an apart atmosphere. It has something from the Gilmore Girls feeling. Be prepared for the typical and traditional dutch stairs, but other than that everything’s really nice and the staff is just 12/10.

Very characterful rooms in old brick works. Beautiful old site that has been lovingly restored. Fantastic buffet breakfast. A real find. Very quiet, rural location but only 5 minutes cycle into Zevenaar village for bars and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay.
