One of the most memorable stays in a hotel of my life, from the wonderful, attentive staff who did everything they could to make our stay so special, to the great healthy meals in the restaurant and of course that amazing location. The view from the upstairs room was just stunning, I only wish we could had of stayed longer!

We didn’t actually get to stay here because despite booking for 3 nights 9 months ago the hotel waited until the day before to cancel our booking. They did transfer us to their Geiranger hotel which was nice but completely out of the way for the rest of our itinerary so we stayed one night and asked for a refund for the other two nights. They said a refund would have to come via Booking.com but so far no response. 😡

The stay is tucked away overlooking a lake only a minute or two from the highway. Quiet and peaceful it was an ideal stop over on the way to or from Bergen.
The room was large and the bed was comfortable.

The location is amazing, not far from Geirangerfjord (15 min drive) but on the quieter less touristy side, surrounded by fields and meadows and mountains... Beautiful! Lots of potential walks around too. The home is on the site of a farm so you can hear nature all around and the views are amazing. The host also offered us eggs and milk from the farm as part of our stay which is a bonus!
The house is massive and very sweet, we enjoyed being here very much.

The house was wonderful by all standards, in terms of equipment, cleanliness, and communication with the owner, and there is only one thing to know that it is half an hour away from Stryn, but it is great for those who want to relax

Such a nice place to stay! Very friendly atmosphere, perfect cleanliness everywhere, comfy common spaces, beautiful garden, small but cozy rooms. It was our first experience of staying in accommodation with shared bathroom and kitchen, I was a bit worried if it would be convenient, but my worries were absolutely groundless. To be honest, I would rate this place higher than some 4 star hotels during our trip.
