We stayed at Courtyard unit which has a private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. It is roomy and has a lot of storage space. It was comfortable for a family of four.

A very peaceful and relaxing place to stay but still close(10 min drive) to Waitangi and Paihia.
Loved relaxing in the generous sized spa pool after dinner watching the stars.
Comfy bed and room and very clean bathroom.
Woke up to an amazing selection to choose from for breakfast. Freshly picked fruit and laid eggs and locally baked bread.
Great coffee and selection of teas to choose from and filtered water.
Huge kitchen available to use if not going out for dining.
Also tennis court available and huge gardens to walk around and enjoy nature in.
Highly recommend and will be back next time we get to the Bay of Islands.

The beds were comfy and the room had what you needed. The use of the laundry was really useful.
