The location is perfect to explore the area, and it's such a beautiful place, perfectly restored in the middle of the old town. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and the terrace is great to read a book and have coffee. Breakfast is great too. They also offer day tours to Jebel Akhdar that I really recommend. It's a really great way to get an insight into the life of people in this area (as well as the amazing views!)

Staff was very nice. Before our arrival they turned on heating in our room as it was cold and raining. Hotel offers good massage. There is also restaurant with reasonable prices. We tried both.

Ideal place to stay if you have own car as hotel is bit outskirts from Nizwa town center . Hotel has amazing staff and front desk very helpful and decent. Night manager was very kind to offer candies to my kids . Over all i will recommend this property to stay ideal place for families like us and every thing top notch and tasteful. Very good Wifi .

What a beautiful location! The hotel offers incredible views. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, chatty and kind. We had a nice dinner and breakfast (with great pancakes!) and the facilities (terrace Seating areas, outdoor dining) were lovely.
