Apartment fully equipped, perfectly clean and tidy, big rooms with extra bathroom, beautiful view from balcony, direct access to garage in the basement from the apartment by lift. We stayed at the Penha de Franca Mar, the room and bathroom were a reasonable size which were thoroughly cleaned each day. Being on the ground floor were had a lovely secluded terrace with views of the pool and sea. Breakfast was very good serving both hot and cold options. The hotel's location was perfect, seafront with direct access off the pier into the sea, at the bottom of a hill so a "flat" ten minute walk into Funchal.
