Amazing location, incredible views, the mountain air was so clear and fresh !! I struggle with asthma and my breathing has never been as clear as it was during this stay. Lovely breakfast, not many vegan or vegetarian options though.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with transportation to Bicaz. The room was very clean, with a nice view to Ceahlau. There was also a spatios kitchen, with a fridge and space for cooking.

The Bicaz Lake area is nice for nature lovers - a lake with an interesting history, surrounded by splendid mountains. You have the option to do everything by car, access nice restaurants or, at the same time, go into nature, hike, make tours by boat (also on your own).

The views on road the to "Lacul Rosu" is amazing.
The views on road the to "Lacul Rosu" is amazing. Too bad that the quality of the road is quite poor.
The "Bicaz dam" could also be a nice place, but unfortunately, you can see a lot of garbage in the water. It's such a pity that people do this.
The place is beautiful! It's exactly as in the photos. Everything was so clean and nicely decorated. The room was very comfortable and clean.
The service was great! Gabi, who was at the reception and also restaurant, is so lovely! Very simpathetic, and gave us many tips about what to visit on the surroundings.
The location is perfect in my opinion, because its between the way of 2 main locations to visit, Cheile Bicazului - Red Lake/ Piatra Neamt city. We'll definitively be back. :)
From the reception to the waiters everybody from the staff was friendly and whishing to help. The food menu is not big but the food that they serve is very good. The view is amazing. I've booked hotel rooms not chalets but it was better because the rooms are bigger and also the bathrooms. Rooms and restaurant are very clean. The complex has it's own parking spaces near the hotel so you don't have to worry for your car. I highly recommend complex adora.
Worth the price. I booked a room with a balcony facing the mountains and Lake Bicaz. The room was well sized and the bed was comfortable. The view is beautiful and the location is relaxing. I also enjoyed eating mămăligă with steak for dinner. I stayed during winter I am not aware of how the experience is during the other seasons but I would love to come back during autumn too.
We came in at night and mistakenly parked not up by the lobby but down by the restaurant by the lake. Still a nice waiter still helped us take our luggage up the stairs from there. We stayed on the blue moon night and I am sure we had the best room in the hotel 304. We had a great view of the moonrise both from the balcony and even better from the shower.
The location of the hotel is beautiful, overlooking the lake, as long as you can see it. The staff was very young and very helpful. When we complained about the rooms, the receptionist did her best to find us alternatives and moved us in an apartment on the side of the building, with partial view of the lake. The breakfast was good: diverse.
What you can read in the other comments is true: yes, there is music till 10 pm, there is some waiting on the terrace but just enjoy the beautiful view (also from the 1st floor!) with a drink while you’re there. The staff is very friendly. All in all a good place for an overnight stay after or before passing the Bicaz gorge.
The house and location are very beautiful, clean spacious rooms. Breakfast was amazing and the host very nice, our whole stay here had a very homey vibe, an acommodation with more personality than staying in at a hotel.
The hotel is in a quiet location at the Bicaz lake. It has a nice terrace to sit and enjoy the view over the lake.
The breakfast is good as is the rest of the food that is served in the restaurant.
The staff were very friendly and helped us with transportation to Bicaz. The room was very clean, with a nice view to Ceahlau. There was also a spatios kitchen, with a fridge and space for cooking.
looked for a place to stay for a night during crazy long road. not sure I would book this room for a day off
looks like old post-soviet hotel that was repaired log-time ago
Great restaurant in the hotel, a bit expensive but worthy. The cabins are so charmy and the rooms are very comfortable, the whole complex was very nice experience.
