I was absolutely thrilled and delighted with the entire complex! The accommodation was extremely comfortable, and the ambiance truly felt like a fairy tale. The food, especially breakfast, was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I stayed during the weekdays and was pleasantly surprised that there were no crowds at the water park, allowing me to relax and enjoy all the amenities without any waiting. Another huge plus for me was the ability to bring my dog. He was ecstatic because he had company to play with by the pool, which added even more to our wonderful experience. We also had access to the spa center and water park included in the accommodation price, which was very affordable and added great value to our stay. All in all, this was an unforgettable experience, and I will definitely return again! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.

The customer service is great, speak English well, I booked for my mother for one night before her flight back to Australia, they have a shuttle to the airport which was great, also my mother didn’t have the correct charger for the power point to charge her phone, the staff helped her charge her phone, we are very happy with the staff & the lovely hotel, will be recommending this hotel to all family & friends.
