The staff were very friendly and helpful and the garden area and lobby were great for relaxing. The breakfast was superb and our room had a view of the garden. Good location for getting around Malmo and seeing the sights. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was small but adequate.

The hotel may be feeling its age a bit, but this was more than made up for by the helpful, kind and positive staff! I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and when I pointed out that a light switch in my room wasn't working, it was fixed in about fifteen minutes - problem solved! Other than that, the location was great when coming from the train station, and my room had everything I needed for a short stay. Will happily return here if I ever find myself in Malmö again.
