The hotel is amazing. The swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous, the water vill and the view are beautiful. It is all very picturesque. I have read reviews about bad experience with the staff but my experience was not like that. Except for one staff member at the restaurant which wasn’t very friendly everyone else was super nice and helpful.

I’m completely biased. I loved everything and everyone involved in the place.
No favourite thing. Many favourite things.
Jungle, sea, boats cars tuk tuk and all.
Most importantly I had the best guided tours on offer. Thank you. One and all.
Appreciated and greatful ❤️

The hotel was at the beach, but there was a pier just near. It looked beautiful but the water in ocean was dirty ant the beach also. There were old scrap and garbage on the beach and all around the hotel. the whole area was very shabby. The area was terrible. Hotel could be better if they would clean around areas

Quiet village with places to eat and small supermarkets. Great for the pier to get to Railay, 15 minutes long tail boat trip. You really need taxi/moped to get about. Beach is nice and runs for 1 mile and is mainly sandy

Ao Nam Mao is a little out of town if you are wanting to be in the thick of things.
However there’s a good bus service regularly or get yourself a scooter.
If you like the lush vegetation, noises in the trees at night then this is for you.
A great hidden area with enough to do or just laze around on that hammock and forget about work .

Calm place close to bigger and much more popular Ao Nang and Railay. About 10 places to stay - hotels, bungalows ... enough restaurants with really good Thai food, 3 bigger shops like 7-11. There is no “official” beach to swim

Villa Cha Cha is a 5 minutes walk to the Ao Nam Mao pier where you can take the long tail boats to Railay Beach. So convenient.
100Baht will get you there is 7 minutes.
Chill and hangout at the beach or have coffee at the numerous cafes.
Probably the best place I have stayed in Thailand. The hotel has an amazing pool and is located right on a beach, within walking distance to the dock that will take you to Railey Beach. The staff were incredibly lovely, checking us in early as they could tell we were exhausted. Our bed was so comfy and the bathroom was perfect. It was such a beautiful hotel with incredible staff and they helped us find tours, boats and transport whenever we needed.
Check-in was smooth. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, we had a very good sleep. There's a restaurant beside the hotel and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel is beachfront but the beach is not suitable for swimming. They have a gate to the beach and you can stroll around the beach. Walking there at the beach we saw a lot of starfish when lowtide. It's also walking distance to the pier to Railay beach.
Location was perfect for a getaway, rucked away in the outskirts away for the noise and crowds of town, there's daily free shuttle if needed!
The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and genuinely helpful. The food is to die for! Very reasonably priced too (must try the coconut milk cashew desert)!
Just the relaxed atmosphere out in nature, plenty to do within the hotel activities as well, must try the kayaking around mangroves!
The place is in a quiet part of Ao Nam Mao with nice views and good nearby restaurants. It is quite close to Ao Nam Mao pier from where you can reach Railay in 20 min by boat. The best part of the stay was a boat trip to 4 islands organized by the host. We got a private tour (4 people) for a very good price and with flexible schedule.
This hotel is a fantastic find: tranquil and not overcrowded, with excellent rooms and a beautiful pool. Highly recommended. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of dishes. The staff were exceptionally polite and always ready to help.
It should be the best place around that location: spacious rooms, modern design, good facilities and exceptional breakfast. We usually don't eat breakfast at all, and of course, rarely in hotels, but this one was so good that we could not miss it.
Love this place. Stuff was so helpful this place is a small hotel -if you are looking for a wow fancy hotel- here is not for you..but if you are looking for a nice-- quiet--guilty --relaxed-- you could find it here. The Heaven View Krabi..
Pro: Great hotel with an amazing pool just in front of the sea, room with fantastic view and amazing breakfast. Location is next to Aonammao harbour where is possible to grab a long tail boat to Railey.
Nice hotel nice location nice stay. We booked with a friend for a weekend away, bummer the main pool was being renovated, this should be informed before booking.
Good price for the room what we had. There are private jacuzzi. Good stuff. Nice location, wonderful view from hotel and near to Ao Nang centre and boardwalk.
