Wonderful place, quiet, peaceful in nature.
We are a group of 5 friends and we had booked a double and the large family room. Unfortunately we hadn't noticed that the big one didn't have air conditioning and we arrived on an extremely hot day. Moue, the owner, suggested and gave us two triple rooms with air conditioning instead of the large one, without financial burden.
Beautiful wooden small houses with local architecture. Comfortable rooms with large balconies, excellent beds and mattresses. The bathroom of a triple had an excellent design, we suggested they put pictures of it in Booking. I would book this room just for the bathroom. Good parking in front of the rooms. Strong and fast Wi-Fi in all areas. Great outdoor spaces in nature, with many options to relax alone or with friends in a shady place. Adequate and good breakfast within the price. Very good restaurant, very good food among the best we found in Thailand, freshly cooked, tasty and reasonably priced. Very good coffee. Polite and helpful staff. They covered our every need.
We stayed in other rooms in the nature of Chiag Mai, this was the best and undoubtedly the only extremely clean one.

I had initially booked at this property for a night. It's a really big property and the room was overlooking a football field. Being a football I loved it and also there was a match going on while I was there so I had the opportunity to watch a bit of the match as well.Guess what I loved it. I ended up staying for two nights. It's very peaceful out there and I ate all my meals at the cafe inside which was again great food. The manager Jan along with all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there on my way back.

Beautiful place to stay. Our room was lovely and spacious with a really nice balcony.
The grounds are really well maintained, we spent a good hour walking around taking photos and trying to figure out all the different plants and flowers that were growing around the property. There are also really sweet dogs and cats that love a cuddle - always a bonus!
Staff came out at breakfast and gave us some fresh cake they had just baked - It was delicious btw!

Nested in a wonderful garden. Convenient location to visit the area on daily tours. It is an oldish resort which may need some renovation. Bar and restaurant were closed at the time of our stay. The few people from the staff were extremely kind and helpful.

The staff were great, Tina was awesome. We were stuck with no accommodation for a night during Songkran. All places booked out but she rang the hotel and spoke Thai for us and secured a room. The location is close to beautiful waterfalls and a huge lake with boat rides, It’s a rural setting so not a lot of restaurants around but we managed. Rooms are spotless. Grounds are lush.
