The lack of transparency about their Pet Policy put me off...
The lack of transparency about their Pet Policy put me off the hotel completely. I would definitely choose another option for our annual trip to this area and would not recommend the hotel for people traveling with their pet. The hotel is tired and the staff are obviously unhappy which is never a good sign or reflection on the management. The breakfast buffet was missing several items and I had to ask for very simple and obvious things like butter, napkins and a spoon. There was a limited choice of fruit (only apples), one flavor of yogurt and three bread choices. To be fair, my husband thought the frozen omelettes and bacon were delicious.GailUnited States
