We found the location to be excellent. A few minutes in either direction by car is all it took to get to where we wanted to go.
The free breakfast was better than most. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed different options every day. And unlike most other hotels we enjoyed eating off of real china and used silverware, not cardboard plates and cup with plastic utensils. The staff was courteous and attentive. I would rate it 9 out of 10.
I also used the laundry facility which was fine and the fitness center, also fine.
I would recommend the Homewood suites.

I loved all the conveniences that were comparably priced, dinner and lunch meals. I didn't have to leave the hotel to get a good meal. I especially liked the Omelet Station and all the other hot food options that were included in the free breakfast. The grits was superb! Friendly accomodating staff at the front desk, servers and addtional facilities staff we encountered were great! I hope I can find the same degree of satisfaction at another Hilton Embassy Suites in another city when I travel.

I truly enjoyed the location of this hotel.
I truly enjoyed the location of this hotel. The staff was professional and friendly. This establishment needs to replace the pillows in the rooms, they were extremely worn out. The floors could use a thorough mopping in several locations. Maintenance needed for the overall upkeep of the hotel.

Was staying in Cary to visit family so did not get to see the city itself but did enjoy excellent dinning while there. Our hotel was perfectly located within walking distance of several restaurants, and it was just a few minutes' drive to others and shopping.

We had little involvement with Cary as a tourist.
We had little involvement with Cary as a tourist. We were there to help with a family house move. There are plenty of restaurants and stores, though, by design, they're often concealed from the streets by trees. Navigation by car around Cary is, in my opinion, totally impossible for a stranger without a GPS. The road layout looks like a spider web. (Circles, spokes, blind curves, lots of lane shifts.) Stay out of the way during rush hours. They're fast.

Location good next to a small center with Starbucks and a few restaurants. A walking trail nearby.
Service is very bad. Seven days at the hotel and the room was cleaned only once! Minimal attention to guest. No refreshments or any lobby snacks
Very disappointing

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was disgusting!! Before I even I entered the room, I as you make your way up the stairwell I was hit by a major whiff of urine from people peeing in the stairwell. The room itself was even more disgusting, reeking of cigarettes, infested with roaches. Everything was rusting, and dirty as if the room had never been cleaned. You are way better off sleeping in your car.
I am a 63 year old woman traveler. I have traveled a lot.
I would not recommend a solo woman staying here.
It is in a safe place of town, actually a lovely area of town.
The best thing that this hotel had going for it ,was the lovely lady who checked me in and who came back in the morning. She is a winner!
I cannot recommend this hotel for women travelers.
The room has a good size, meant for a small family (2 person bed of course), with small kitchen, fridge and freezer, bathroom and toilet around the corner are really nice. A small couch to sit on, as well, with a TV and the internet is usable, which is good. Pool area is usable, when the hotel is full I guess there would be space issues.
Breakfast was the best complementary hotel buffet we’ve ever had! The location was convenient to shopping/food and highway, but tucked back in the trees. The building was newer and clean. The pool was warm and spacious and clean. Beds were comfy. Service staff were extra welcoming.
I liked how close we were to PNC Arena. We stayed in the hotel because we were going to the Carolina Hurricanes hockey game, and the hotel was close to the arena. The hotel was also very quiet and very nice. We enjoyed our stay, and I would definitely stay here again.
Size of room, location of hotel and friendly staff made this stay passable. I like that the room had a microwave and refrigerator. I like that the room had a separate sofa and TV area, it helped when I woke up earlier than my spouse. The location was exceptional!
We loved everything about this hotel. It's so clean and the staff is great. We had a king suite. A nice kitchen area with a small stovetop and refrigerator. The gym was nice and very clean. We can't wait to go back
I can always count on Courtyard Marriott. It is the same high quality each time I am there. My salad missed a few things but I don’t mind about that if I am sleeping SO well and the rooms are spotless.
Location was near everything! Everything needed or wanted was close by with plenty of options. Pool was good for the kids and hotel was well kept. Would recommend and stay again!
