It just needs to be cleaner in the lobby and other areas. There was a cat hanging around the front entrance all weekend. The trash cans out front look dirty; hand sanitizers have mud stains in the drip basins. Check in staff is slowwwwww!

I saw a negative review for the kittys in the parking lot but they were the highlight of my stay. If you don’t like adorable cats greeting you with great customer service- this is not the hotel for you.
