    rooms: We had requested when make are Reservations two doubles beds. instead we got a king size bed 🛏 and a twin size sofa bed. they couldn't not accommodate us with are request. There's "No" Phones in the room to call the from desk. the electrical outlets weren't working so we were unable to dry are hair from the bathroom.

    Compared to other parts of the area it was easier to navigate. There were some shopping areas and main streets and restaurants nearby. Just too busy for my taste but I was in town for concerts and the hotels closer to the stadium were too expensive or already booked.

    The evening front desk named “Zach” was sooo nice. He even accompanied me to my room because i arrived late and it’s raining, the hotel was a little bit confusing and dark so he accompanied me going to my room, good thing that he did that because the bathroom lights is not working so he immediately transferred me to other good room. Their room was old but very big. we had the Suite room. It is super big with receiving area. But you can tell that it was very old.

    it’s a nice hotel just the rooms I had to switch out of my first room no tv no coffee maker like it claimed. get into the new room but the bathroom light kept switching on and off like an electrical problem and the phone didn’t work. I was way too busy to run down stairs to the lobby to discuss with management

    My stay was delightful. The hotel staff was very welcoming, a Special thanks to Samantha for walking me to my room, as I am partially blind, she even helped me with my luggage and delivered me with extra toiletries. I will definitely come back to this property. Everyone here is very professional and kind!

    Our room was nice but there was a weird and annoying noise that kept us up during the night. We talked to the front desk and they moved us to an executive suite. Very nice of them. The hotel has a really nice feel to it, retro. It’s got nice gardens and a spacious pool area.

    The grounds were quite beautiful. It had the look of a very nice hotel from outside and in the lobby. The room itself was even very nice looking. Unfortunately it only looked like a nice room.

    The hotel is in a great location for where i visited and a little cheaper than the block of hotels next to Ikea. Generally clean and easy to ask the front desk for any toiletries or towels.

    The location was good (we had a car so it was easy to get to and from the hotel). Rooms were big and the property has more than one entrance so no need to walk through lobby all the time.
