We checked in and the rooms were not clean for any guests. We waited approximately 20 minutes. We went to the room and dropped our bags. Once we arrived back after the event, we noticed the room was not clean at all. Shoes were left in the kitchen under the cabinet. When we left, we kept the light on and once we returned, it was off. The room was none other than disgusting. This was Saturday and I have called to speak to management every day without a call back and today is Thursday. When we left at midnight for our 2.5 hour trek home, 2 other couples were checking out for the same reason. Lack of cleanliness and bugs. We spoke to them in the parking lot. Would like a refund but cannot receive a call back from management.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. Making the hotel good value for money. The location only being a few minutes from the Metro was excellent and made getting about very easy.

I had the pleasure of enjoying their breakfast. There was a wide selection of options, including fresh fruits, pastries, eggs, and various meats. The hot dishes were always served at the perfect temperature, and the ingredients seemed very fresh. The highlight for me was the made-to-order omelet station. The chef was friendly and prepared my omelet exactly to my liking. Additionally, the coffee was excellent, and there was a range of juices to choose from. The dining area was clean and well-organized, with plenty of seating even during the busy morning hours. The staff were attentive and quick to clear tables and refill items at the buffet. Overall, the breakfast added great value to my stay.
