We upgraded to a newly decorated room as the first one was a little old and musty.
Great room, lots of space and fridge and microwave really useful.
Comfy beds and good location with easy walking access to food.
Self check in was fine.
Rooms could be cleaned as regularly as you wanted, clean towels requested etc.
On site caretaker lady was very welcoming.

Lee, MA is a city but not very touristy so fewer shops to visit than in nearby towns of Lenox and Stockbridge. We still had fun and pricing at the antique stores is better than in the more "touristy" places like Great Barrington, Stockbridge, and Lenox, MA.

Great little town nestled among all the other quaint towns in the Berkshires. Each one has its own personality - Great Barrrington, Lenox, Stockbridge, etc. Each town is within 15-20 minutes of the others, and it has great charm with so much to do - nature, art, music, shopping, etc

This Motel is not in Lee, it is 7 minutes drive from its location to the restaurants. We booked it as it was advertised as being near Great Barrington but it was a good 15-20 minute drive away. Our booking was for a Friday night of a long weekend and the prices were escalated to reflect the weekend traffic expected.
We only ate at a restaurant and refueled the car. Only in Lee at night time.

Really did not see anything in Lee.
Really did not see anything in Lee. We went to see York Lake which was about 1 hour away and some site seeing in that area.
We ate at Athena's Restaurant which was down the road. The food was amazing and service was great. They did not have dining but take out. The staff said it was okay for us to eat at the tables that they had outside.

Lee is part of Berkshire County.
Lee is part of Berkshire County. It is a small mountain town with a quaint downtown area that has shops and restaurants. You can see where Norman Rockwell drew his inspiration from. There is also a very nice town square that frequently holds events. We came across a free concert.
Lee is also accessible to areas for hiking, swimming, boating, and other outdoor recreation. Like other towns in the Berkshires, the Housatonic River runs along the town, as it winds through the Appalachian Mountains.

We went to Tanglewood, The Mount and Joe's Diner...iconic diner of Norman Rockwell's painting - the runaway. So much more to do and see. Great places to eat right in Lee center. Shopping at the outlets on a rainy afternoon was perfect.
Had a wonderful girl's weekend at Stonebridge Cabin! The house is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed from towels for the hot tub to a full kitchen. The house is only 5 minutes from the Lee Outlets. We enjoyed a day of shopping and could then return to this comfortable home, get the fireplace going and make dinner. The communication with the rental agency was also top notch. Highly recommend!
Amazing view, its right by the lake, has it's private beach. We went in February and got a chance to look and walk on the frozen lake. On site restaurant had good food but due to covid, it was under staffed and we couldn't eat there second time. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was nice. Room was comfortable and the spa tube really works! Its located near lee premium outlets and exit to interstate is nearby.
It was super clean for a motel. The bathroom is all white which helps because you can actually see how clean it is. The beds were comfy, surprisingly, as most hotel/motel beds are not, in my opinion. It was quiet, and even though decor is outdated, I much prefer cleanliness over decor!!! Would definitely stay there again. Best part, it was the best value for the price.
The Inn was lovely. Room was very quaint and comfortable. The location was beautiful and close to both Lee and Lenox town centers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the wine and coffee in the room was just the perfect touch. I loved everything about this place.
This is the hotel I always stayed in Lee. The renovation was a happy surprise for me indeed! Now, the facility has become a sleek, smart city hotel like by its brand new furniture placed in a room. I also had a quiet night. Thank you.
NICE, CLEAN, AND GOOD VALUE FOR THE AREA. OWNER OF HOTEL, WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH ALL OUR NEEDS. HE ALSO IN THE PROCESS OF MAINTAINING HOTEL FOR NEXT SEASON. A GREAT VALUE IF LOOKING FOR A PLACE CLOSE TO TOWN OR TRAVELING IN AREA.
The ambience was excellent. The room was comfortable and well laid out. The front desk was efficient and helpful.
The bedding and towels were all of good quality and were new. An excellent choice and Lee is a nice place to visit.
the charm and felt of an old schoolhouse was memorable. Olia and Rob were delightful. Room was very well equipped with amenities. Perfect location to restaurants and treasure shopping! Lee is a hometown of yesteryear.
This was the second room that we were assigned. As the result of the situation below, the manager was very nice and upgraded us to what he said was "best they had". This room had been updated and was modern in decor.
Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. I booked a lake view room and was happy I did! Very pet friendly too. It offered the relaxing stay I needed after a long drive.
This hotel is a great alternative to the strip-mall vibe of so many other hotels in the area. It is unique, with beautiful views, and an extremely comfortable bed. Highly recommend for the value in the area!
Our room was tidy and clean, water was hot, heater worked well. Description matches the reality. Coffee place, liquor store, bar, Lee city center - all this is just a few steps outside the motel.
Very short drive to both downtown Lee and lenox. Great lake views. Kayak usage. Breakfast, drinks, and brownies. Staff. Room was on the small side but clean, updated and comfortable.
The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown
It was well situated for my needs - next to a Starbucks as I had to leave early in the morning that was handy. also walkable to the Main Street in Lee.
