nothing to do, not many restaurants except fast food. no where to shop but Walmart.. Tried a restaurant called Tumbleweed and a Fatsz it was ok. hotels are expensive for that area because you have to drive a long way to see anything so you might as well stay in that area.

But well worth the stay! It’s a very easy drive to Blowing rock, and Wilson’s Creek. Just a little something have to say thank you for having a makeup mirror! I realize when traveling how I miss that- rarely offered in rentals!

The gentleman working at the front desk was very professional and took care of us right away. No noise issues at night, the 2 rooms on each side never heard a sound from them. Bed was amazing
