My wife enjoyed our stay in a room for handicapped. I love it, too. This is our first time using laquinta - remember seeing it on Amac. The price is good for me. The meal is excellent - love that biscuit and gravy. Thank you.

Every morning and throughout the day, guests and staff would be smoking at the entrance of the hotel. Imagine what that feels like… Coming back to your hotel… A country inn… And greeted by the stench of smoke that follows you into the lobby and sticks to your clothes. Definitely wouldn’t go back!

Lexington Park itself does not have many tourist locations, except perhaps the Pax River Naval Air Museum, but it is very close to Solomons Island and St. Mary’s City. If you are visiting the area though, it is great! There are a lot of big chain restaurants and very good shopping. My son is a college student at St. Mary’s, and this is a great place to stay if you are in town for a college event.

I stayed in Lexington Park while visiting my son who is a student at St. Mary’s College. This is the closest area near the college that has hotels. There are a ton of upscale chain restaurants close by, and good shopping. You are around the corner from the Patuxent Naval Air Base, and a cool Naval Air Museum. The small city of St. Mary’s is gorgeous, it’s right on the bay. There are a lot of interesting things to see and do within 20-30 minutes of Lexington Park, the area is loaded with history.

Other than the Naval Museum and Linda’s Cafe there was not much going on there that was remarkable. Disappointed that they did not have any place where you can get hand dipped ice cream. There was not even a Baskin and Robbins! It’s summertime and we want ice cream! We do highly recommend Linda‘s café though! Wonderful place to eat and she has received several awards for her business.

I w is so quiet and peaceful.
I w is so quiet and peaceful. All of the staff are are wonderful in accommodating any needs you may have. They treated me better than family. I would stay at this HAMPTON INN in a heartbeat.
The only thing I would change is:
Regular or higher toilets, better shower heads, and a lot less expensive and better stocked snack bar. (THE SNACK BAR is exorbitantly overpriced.)

What I saw of Lexington Park, I would consider moving here if given the opportunity! The Comfort Inn is exactly that—comfortable. I’ve not gotten up and about yet, but I’ll be looking for a good breakfast nook. I was visiting friends last night so I had dinner with them.

It's a good 30 mins to Point Lookout State Park.
It's a good 30 mins to Point Lookout State Park. Men on the streets were rude and crude, making lewd remarks to women passing by. The best dining appears to be Linda's Cafe and the Ale House. Nearby Solomon's Island is far more hospitable.
VERY Cute room and while small, there seemed to be a lot of thought in the layout such that lighting (lots - thank you!),mirrors, places to stash (drawers, shelves, etc) stuff, refrigerator and coffee area, table, etc worked perfectly. Since the nights were cool we did not have to run the AC and it was soooo wonderfully quiet - really nice peaceful area. Was also nice we really did not have to use a front desk, could just go to room. The property is on the water with a long pier and beautiful gardens - very lovely setting.
The location next to the water was incredible. My family loved we could kayak for free! Having the ability to walk less than a minute and be on the water was so special and exciting. The food at the restaurant was wonderful. I had the best crab cake of my life there! The ceiling fans, mini-split ac unit and beds added to the comfort of the stay. Rooms are decorated in a fun way and very clean.
Breakfast far exceeded my expectations. Excellent hot meal of eggs, sausage, grits, potatoes and toast/ pastries. Waffles and yogurt available as well as juices and coffee. A great start to my day!
Staff are the best! Check in was quick and easy. The young lady in the breakfast was so friendly and exuberant at 6:30 every morning!
The lobby entry way smelled like cigarettes and the rooms were both rundown the area around the tubs and sinks needed to be redone I could see where it was peeling . Overall quality of the hotel has gone down since my last stay. The staff were very friendly and nice
I loved it, the room has a kitchen, bigger then usual fridge, a seating area with sofa/bed it was my first time with them and all I was expecting was regular hotel room but I got so much more
