It is country fresh, as most small towns in Indiana.

Nice, friendly folks live here.
Everybody says Hi.
The Burger King (BK) was one of the cleanest we
have ever seen anywhere and the food was great.
We only stayed in Martinsville for 19 hours -a very short time.

The company trucks parked in the way of the sidewalks.
The company trucks parked in the way of the sidewalks. The hairs in the bathtub that wasn't my family's hairs. The metal in the parking lot which could me to cut my foot ,because I had to walk around the company trucks.
This is our go to place to stay when going or coming back from Bloomington where our son goes to IU. The price and location are great and the staff is always great and friendly. The breakfast served is always hot and the variety is always good. Good selections of restaurants and places to go around Martinsville.
All I can saw is WOW. 10+/10 all the way around!!! the building is beautiful, quiet, and right in town. Through our entire stay Michelle went above and beyond for my dad and I. I have never experienced this level of customer service! would recommend this place without a doubt and will stay here when I come back.
The hotel is super clean and decorated so nice. It’s very quiet and spacious. I appreciate the affordable price when I’m visiting my daughter at IU—if there’s anything at all going on at IU (games, parent weekend, mom/dad weekends at the frats/sororities) the hotels in Bloomington are so inflated.
This is the cutest little hotel ever!! There is so much room too, our room almost felt like it’s own small house! I can’t believe I almost stayed in one of the tiny room, uncomfortable, rundown hotels for the same price!!!
Loft was clean and comfortable. Good amenities in the lobby, Good communication about access. Room was excellent, very comfortable. Overall great implementation of a boutique, no-contact hotel.
It was sub par compared to hotels in which I normally stay.
Eggo-type waffles, white bread, honey buns, and dry cereal. Diabetics would appreciate a protein option.
