I brought my swim trunks hoping to do a few laps, only to find out the pool was closed for remodeling for two weeks. It's not fair that we were not notified and could have made different arrangements to stay somewhere else. We should get some kind of refund. We shortened our stay by a night. Hilton has done nothing to offer any kind of refund or coupon. They will need to earn my business before I ever stay at a Hilton!!

Our room was at the end of the hall and it appeared to be clean. The room temperature was set at 75*F, so it seemed stifling when we first arrived. Luckily the thermostat allowed us to cool the room to 65*F, which was much more preferable to us. Check in and Check out was easy. Parking was very convenient and easily accessible. We have found the staff to be so accommodating and very welcoming! They have helped me and my kids so much and I’ve appreciated their kindness and hospitality! During this time, I was also very sick/couldn’t drive and they kindly took me and the kids in the shuttle bus to school in Highland Park; and they checked in on me that day too!AiUnited States
