Villa Rosa was easy to find.
Villa Rosa was easy to find. Getting around Painesville is a little tricky, but we just followed our phone map. It was a lovely place to visit for my husband and myself, plenty of room for an overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed a few days longer and seen the sights. The room was very comfortable with plenty of lights and space as we needed very little. Hope to stay there again. The hosts were great, made sure we knew our way to get to different restaurants so we could have dinner.

Painesville is a nice little town with great fishing spots, a harbor and marina and great restaurants. I love eating breakfast at Perkins Restaurant before heading over for a day at the beach at Fairport Harbor.ml - 8.0Scored 8.0

Grew up in this area, it has grown and changed tremendously. Just east of Painesville is Geneva a quick drive to a wonderful winery destination. You can buy the local wines in Painesville stores. Check out the history an early US President that was killed very early in his presidency is from Mentor one town West, his original home is there with a newer park now.ChrisLillyUnited States

The owner/desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. I like that there was a large, grassy area with a barbecue grill for picnics and a sitting area outside of my door. It's only about 10 minutes away from Fairport Harbor where I could enjoy fishing, kayaking, etc. and about 30 minutes from Geneva on the Lake, another great vacation spot.mlUnited States
