We wanted a quick get away for the kids at a nice hotel. They are young enough that that is usually what they like the best. It was plenty fancy and fun for them. We are booking another one night stay, soon.

The hotel was very convenient for me since I could walk to the LIRR and get to the city and airport when needed. Also, I didn't realize they had laundry rooms (quarter operated) so that was helpful.
