No breakfast included. The lobby was very lovely, the pictures do not give it justice. Loved the complimentary water and large beds and the shower. Complimentary use of umbrellas was also great for the rainy weather. I also loved being able to use dish wear/glasses. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. The rooms appeared clean but it smelled moldy.

Our flight arrived at 7am and the staff allowed us to leave our bags while we looked around the local area. We were able to check in 2 hours early when our room was ready. The room overlooking Chestnut St with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge was clean and comfortable, but there was a bit of city noise in the early hours of our first night, garbage trucks and the like. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Perfect for a solo traveler. The hotel is fairly small and has a pizza restaurant on site (didn't actually dine there). The rooms are small, but the bed was comfortable and if you're out all day, you don't need a huge room anyway. Facilities wise, there was an iron and ironing board, safe, toiletries, coffee making etc. There is a bar at the end of the block, and a cafe at the other end of the block. A little up the road is a Plant based cafe which has a sizeable menu offering. You can catch buses form two blocks away, and the cable car stop isn't too far up the hill.
