My daughter stayed at this hotel for one night as she was travelling to Chicago to work at Camp America. This was the first time my daughter would be travelling alone so I was quite anxious about her staying overnight in a hotel on her own. I contacted the hotel prior her stay as my daughter was under 21. I explained to them her reason for travelling on her own and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. My daughter said that every member of staff were so attentive and couldn’t do enough for her. Thank you

Located very close to the airport
Located very close to the airport
Uber & cabs easily available, which made it very east to get around including a trip into downtown Chicago
Not many restaurants within walking distance but we appreciated the
convenience store & Subway inside the store
The was a Q restaurant a short walk away where we had very good meals
If we visit the area in the future, I cannot think of anything we would do differently re where to stay, other than perhaps including a night or two in downtown Chicago

The elevator broke down (we heard it does often) and we were on the 7th floor I'm 80 years old with a hip issue, we asked to be moved to the 1st floor but NO, so we got room on the 2nd floor but it was still very difficult to use 2 fights of stairs.
The bathtub was very slippery and the floor sticky.
The location was great but I don't think I will be back there.

it was just a room. Beds hard, Small. Fairly clean.
it was just a room. Beds hard, Small. Fairly clean. We paid for a delux room and when we got to the room it was not a delux. The person who checked us in said nothing about it not being delux. She could not give us any kind of refund and said we had to contact Booking.com.

Schiller Park was close to the airport for our needs.
Schiller Park was close to the airport for our needs. For visitors to Chicago for entertainment and events? Too far to move among traffic to the downtown areas and to return to hotels if using ground transportation.

Nice and clean. Staff was nice.
Nice and clean. Staff was nice. Beware, there is a $20 fee you're charged at check-in for incidentals. Not sure what that means. I bring my own shampoo and soap. Perhaps I should have charged them the $20 for bringing my own incidentals.
A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, room was spacious and clean. nice touch was the night light in the bathroom. breakfast was adequate, and was inclusive. The only downside is that although there is a free shuttle bus to O'Hare airport, you really need to have a car for any other local transportation.
Very little to find fault with or dislike.
The reception office smells bad. The receptionist is rude, barely speaks some English, and he has an over all dirty look, not consistent with a profesional environment.
Don't stay here. Pay an extra $15 and stay at the best Western. This hotel is old, rundown, and dirty.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Dirty, smelly, nasty hotel!!!
Very comfortable.....the room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.....eggs, cereal, sausage, brown potatoes, juices, everything you need for a good breakfast.
I needed the transfer at 4:30am and it was perfect.....
Of course if I need one Hotel close ORD airport I'll stay there.
Good link to airport. Pleasant staff. Good facilities. Used restaurant attached to hotel which was good and convenient. Shuttle service was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel but also room facilities of microwave and hot water/ drinks maker and a twin bedded room.
The staff at the reception was a great gentle man and was a great help. The hotel is easily accessible by both public and private transportation. It was getting clean daily and our stay was satisfying. It's recommended for families and solo travelers.
Alot. Property is right across the street from she'll. O'Hare is less then two miles. Yes you hear planes all the time but it's not the hotels fault. Staff is amazing. Room was bigger then expected. I'll definitely be back and recommend.
There was no restaurant open on the site the day I was there . The courtesy bus was good . Room was fairly clean but not to a standard of cleanliness in a hotel that I have a stayed in before . Location was ok
Alex the front clerk is an amazing person. We only stayed for one night but the service at the hotel is amazing. The hotel staff is great. Specially Alex he's an amazing person.
The restaurant is a plus also the beds are comfortable I like how the blankets are thick , the hotel is actually decent for the price could use some TLC but it is fine
I paid for a quadruple room and ended up with just 2 double beds crammed in a tiny room. No refrigerator no microwave. It almost looks like an abandoned hotel
