Old town is very much a tourist area, food is below average at most of the restaurants, pricey and service is lacking all around Scottsdale- pack your own snacks. Lots of art shops however they don't keep regular hours so many were not open.

Beautiful resort , two really nice pool areas . The breakfast was satisfying and they have a really nice social hour that it also really engaging for the guest ! Rooms were nice and clean just a bit smaller and can use a few updates . There are barbeques around the property for guest use as well. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast complete with an omelette station, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect for a quiet night's sleep but a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale. We were aware of the stairs only to the upper levels so it did not bother us, but those with mobility issues would likely prefer a lower level room.
