Checked in on Thanksgiving and went to the bar for a drink and meal. Bartender made us great drinks and was very accommodating and friendly with the meal. Front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and after a little wait to let someone's little ones enjoy the hot tub, I had a nice relaxing soak. Breakfast was good and overall experience was exceptional.

False advertising. It is not a suite. It is a small room with sink and cabinets/ frig/ microwave on one end. Kitchen cabinets were empty. Not stocked as advertised. I booked a queen bed and got a double bed with a poor mattress. NO ICE MACHINE. No toiletries in room. Price was very high for the area $242 and was not worth it. We came to see the Razorbacks play and this was the closest we could get for our group. We were pleasantly surprised!!! Nice places to Eat like MarketPlace and Angus Jacks has a great burger!!! Did a little shopping in a local strip mall as well.

We have always been satisfied and felt safe in Springdale.
We have always been satisfied and felt safe in Springdale. We go to a lot of Razorbacks games in every sport and have always chosen to stay in Springdale because it is out of the crowds but still only 15 minutes away. We usually eat at Denny's or Waffle House and head to Braum's for ice cream.

This Hotel was surrounded by great dining and shopping. We were there for family. Grandkids loved the pool. Everyone was very friendly. The drive from Fort Smith to Springdale was gorgeous. We ate at Market Grill next to the hotel. It was excellent. We also ordered take out from Cotton Patch, barbecue, Vietnamese, and pizza. All very good.AnneUnited States

I have stayed at several higher priced hotels and had more trouble and not clean! You are pretty much in the mix of everything location wise and there is a great breakfast buffet connected to the hotel "Flapjacks" for about $12 a piece you have all the main breakfast items you could ever want and coffee or other beverage. Excellent service and good food. All within walkable distance and there is a Walmart right across the street!
