My first trip to Uzbekisran started in Tashkent. A beautiful city with so many gardens and parks as well as historical sites and monuments. It's easy to travel in Uzbekistan and I covered the Ferghana valley from Tashkent, then to Samarkand, Bukhara, and Khiva in 18 days and back to Tashkent for 2 days. A very wonderful first trip.

It's a beautiful city.
It's a beautiful city. There is a lot to do if you are a traveller. Figure out their bus and metro stations, and you can get to anywhere except the mountains. Spend time understanding what you would like to do and accordingly get to the places. Exchange cash in local currency, almost everyone uses local money. YandexGo is a must for the beginning.

In Uzbek we need adopter to charge as our charger pin does not fit. Stay at Samarkand, bukhara, khiva & finally Tashkent city. Friendly & honest people. Clean city good weather. We enjoyed our stay in Uzbekistan. Prices of taxi water and food was pocket friendly. I couldn’t try horse meat, if you wish you can. Plov is good. Ice cream is good. Their art is nice.

Don't linger here, treat it as a transport hub, the city has lost what charm it had from the soviet times and is now full of ugly construction plots, soulless glass boxes, and honking cars. Also, the city is craaazily russified, it's just sad to see these bits of colonial rule still doing strong(
Just get out of here as soon as you can and explore the real charm of Uzbekistan elsewhere.
First of all, we would like to thank the manager of the hotel, whose name we don't actually know, for all the human attention he gave us during our stay. A wonderful room with a table in the courtyard overlooking the Circus is the best thing you can imagine in Tashkent. When you add to that a great, rich breakfast, an impeccably clean and quiet room, a staff that knows everything you can think of, we can only be happy that we chose this hotel. Thank you one more time.
Melisa and Franjo, February 2024.
Outdoor pool was very clean, along with the majority of the hotel. The bathroom was very big and the staff were very helpful. Also, having an ATM in reception is very useful as Tashkent for many will be the first port of call. In all, a good hotel. One big highlight was the ENORMOUS breakfast options, one of the best I've ever had. Very impressive and very tasty with local dishes. Location also very good, 10 mins walk to Amir Temur square and the metro stop there.
My stay at Marwa in Tashkent was exceptional. The hotel seamlessly blends modern comfort with traditional Uzbek design. The new and elegantly furnished rooms provided a good retreat. The staff was very nice and kindly to ensure a perfect stay. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring Uzbekistan's cultural heritage. Overall, I highly recommend this Hotel for an unforgettable experience in Uzbekistan.
For business traveler the location is very convenient. Located on a ring road, hotel is close to international Tashkent airport, and at the same time you can easily get to central or south train stations. At the same time, it's just 15 minutes to the city center by taxi, which is not expansive at all in Tashkent, especially if you use mobile application,
Breakfast is not exceptional, but various and delicious.
I like everything… Anvar ( the owner ) is so nice and kindest person, he always happy to answer me and help. Breakfast was good. Staff are nice exactly woman who served breakfast ( she is really friendly and always smile ) location good and you can walk around till next mall and magic city. Quite safe area . In my opinion this guesthouse equals 4 stars hotel .
Convenient location to airport and railway station, also in a nice neighborhood. Good service and friendly staff. I stayed twice with the hotel and definitely enjoyed my stay. The room was the best value I have ever had in the whole Uzbekistan, clean and comfortable. Airport pick up and drop off are great. Left luggage service was great, breakfast was good.
Excellent hotel, staff were friendly and attentive. Hotel is clean and modern. Room was large and bathroom was especially nice. Definitely the best room we had in Uzbekistan! Bed was really comfy and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was really good. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again, thanks!
In general this small hotel is very clean, quiet and staff are very pleasant. The breakfast is good for the room price. The location is good, close to the airport, walking distance from shops and a big mall but it is not close to the city center. Considering how cheap taxis are this is not a problem.
The location of the hotel is ideal in Tashkent City center, located inside a very nice, green and quiet urban park.
Metro station is just a few steps away and gives you quick access to the whole city.
Communication with host was flawless; rooms were nice and clean, accessible at all times.
Very comfortable and clean hotel!! The hotel crew has been extremely kind to us, especially Burxon and Bexzod in the reception :) They speak quite good english, which is not so general to find in the city. Don’t hesitate if you visit Tashkent!!
This is a historic building and staying there was like a time traveller to the history of 1970’s and 80’s. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. A short bus tour of Tashkent starts just in front of the Uzbekistan hotel.
The hotel is brand new. the standard rooms are a little small. but the quality is very good.
the location is excellent, it is located in Tashkent city. there is metro stations nearby.
also thare are a lot of high tier restaurants near.
A home away home that too with traditional Indian Taste ! Could get best quality veg food in Breakfast and in Dinner. Also, services of providing packed break fast at 4:30 am - Hats off ! Would like to stay again and again in this Hotel
Absolutely amazing Hotel right in the city centre of Tashkent! We love our stay so much!
Choose this place if you need clean, cozy and minimal nordic freshness! Remind me a lot of European best places I've been to!
Best hotel in Tashkent. Lobby and facilities well appointed and clean, rooms confortable with nice bathrooms and products. Ate dinner at rooftop restaurant, excellent service (Victoria) and good food.
I loved everything about this hotel. The people here are very helpful and kind. The cleanliness is impeccable. Our family had the best time here and I highly recommend it to anyone flying to Tashkent.
