The staff as in most hotels in Vietnam were very helpful. There was a nice breakfast with a good selection of both European and Asian options. There is a small but serviceable pool to combat the heat and humidity. The location is a quick walk to the ancient quarter.

We just fell in love with this place. It was especially because of the stuff. Two sisters that work at reception were just the nicest persons we met in all Vietnam. Every time we got back to the villa, they greet us as if we came home. This place has definitely home like feeling. They informed us about area, recommended amazing places and always helped when we needed. Room was amazing, perfect clean with one of the most comfortable bed. Pool and area around the pool was our favorite part of hotel with open kitchen, you just feel like home.
