Stunning outlook from the room. Room large, clean and comfortable. Staff lovely even though they can't speak English (Google translate works well). I didn't use the pool but looked very nice. Quiet when there are no events on. They quickly arranged a scooter for us to hire.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. The staff were so friendly and they had free bicycles to go explore Trang An. We didn’t use the pool because of the weather but we would have if it was warm. We had our 9 month old with us and there was a nice space in the restaurant (that looked like it was set up for Kareoke for her to play at)

It was so peaceful! After coming from Hanoi it was like I had stepped into heaven. The staff were great and extremely helpful. I had the most wonderful 2.5 hour treatment at the spa, while listening to the sounds of nature outside. Comfortable room with air con and comfy bed and fluffy pillows.

The property is nice located. The staff is very helpful, they do everything to make your stay pleasant. You can use their bikes free of charge, they always welcome you with a drink and you could have a complimentary feet bath in the evening. There is not so much choice for the vegan breakfast, but they serve you plenty of tasteful fruit which was great. I hope they will include more vegan options in the future :)
