We loved our stay at Hue Serene Palace Hotel! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, & our view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff are warm, welcoming & very accommodating (they made my partner fresh ginger tea for his stomach whenever we asked). We loved our breakfast each morning, must try banana pancakes! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had the studio and it was lovely and spacious. Aircon worked very well. Bed was nice and soft with good cotton linen. Breakfast was excellent with Vietnamese and international options. Lots of fresh fruit and veg, egg station and much more.
