We love the experience of staying in a small accomodation, especially one that is family run. From the minute we arrived at Can Massana we felt as if we were visiting old friends. Our hosts Oscar and Fina were some of the nicest people we had the pleasure of meeting in our long journey through Spain. The accomodations were a reflection of these two. Everything there had their personal touch and good taste. This carried on into the amazing breakfast that was served each morning. Apart from the welcome bottle of sparkling wine that they gifted, coffess, teas, and pastries were available throughout the day. There was also an honor bar with everything one could wish for. They were extremely helpful in giving us advice about the beautiful area and helped with booking restaurants. Good friends were visiting at the time and we were always invited to join in. Oh yeah, they also offered us an upgrade at no extra cost! Sometimes in life you end up where you are supposed to and this was one of those occasions. They have not seen the last of us!

We had Family suite with a big stylish bathroom, powerful shower and 2 spaceous gorgeous rooms. Towels in the shape of swans with flowers spread on the bed were awaiting us. Pool was just great. The most artistic and creative breakfast ("sweet egg" illusion made of orange essence mousse on a bed of greek yogurt) and dinner cooked with so much love and care. I couldn't emphasise more how unique and warm hearted this place is. If the world would be run by people with so much glow in the heart we will be leaving in heaven on earth :) Highly recommended.

The property has city views and is 300 metres from Platja Es Pianc and 35 km from Dalí Museum. Ciutadella Roses is 18 km from the holiday home and Sant Pere de Rodes Monastery is 20 km away. Breathtaking views and great location.

Each unit at the country house has a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with bath or shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. A shared fridge and a microwave are available for the guests. Some rooms feature a terrace or a patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us many tips about restaurants and places to visit. The accommodation was beautifully decorated, and we felt right at home. The breakfast was always a small highlight.

Empordá Golf Club is 700 meters from the property. The beaches around Can Barnosell - Els Masos d'en Coll are 15 minutes' drive away. Girona Costa Brava Airport is a 46-minute drive. Very clean and comfortable. Very good bed. Breakfast is simple but very good quality of produce. Nice surrounding.

This charming house is 4 minutes’ drive from Pals Beach. Breakfast is not offered. Excellent bars in the centre of Pals, 6 minutes by car 15 minutes walking. Very quiet. You hear Nightingales singing during night.
