Breakfast was great. Location of the hotel is okay if you consider proximity to the airport but the road to the hotel is choked with traffic. That is a headache.

It is a fantastic and historic place to visit alone or with your family. The people are nicer, warm, and cordial to foreigners. The former capital of India during the 1700s displays the glory of British India and modern India—an amalgamation of old and new. Touring Calcutta is way better than losing your time and money visiting Delhi or other cow belt areas in India.
All in all, it is a different world in itself. A land of reformation movement in India. A MUST-SEE IN YOUR LIFETIME. Women are respected more than in any other place in India, and people are more courteous than in most other places. They are educated and open-minded.

It is a city of scamsters and touters.
It is a city of scamsters and touters. I have not seen a single city in the world except Kolkata where almost all cab and taxi services (including ola, uber and bikes etc) ask the customer for more money than what is shown in the app and threaten to cancel the ride otherwise. The worker class and labour class is fully corrupt

Kolkata is indeed the city of joy.
Kolkata is indeed the city of joy. Walking through the street of Kolkata means, walking through history, culture and heritage. One or two days are nothing for Kolkata. To know Kolkata, to see Kolkata you need at least a month to get the best essence of the trip. Old part of the city as well as modern part of the city has so many beautiful things to offer for a tourist. I think Kolkata is the best place to enrich ones knowledge of arts, music, literature and what not?

Best hostel in Kolkata. Economical price. Owner is very friendly in nature and helpful and kind. AC remain on for 24 hrs not like other hotels which provides AC service only at the night time. The chief is marvelous in cooking. I just love his food in breakfast, lunch and dinner. In this corona times there are no hostel as neat and hygienic in kolkata in such cheap price!!! The staff including the owner is very attentive to the needs and requirements for all the travelers.
During this trip I have visited three different cities in India. Holiday INN was far the best compared to two other hotels. Well, actually it has met all my expectations which I got used to in London and Europe.
And especially nice gastronomic experience. Safe (which is especially sensitive in India) and extremely delicious dinner with authentic Indian dishes. Order of following dishes one by one makes sense here! I had very nice dinner on Tuesday 12/07/2022. Thanks!
Being my first visit to the country of India from the US I was a bit unsure how our accommodations may differ from the US. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. First, the staff at this hotel shines. They are so kind, welcoming and eager to help. Everyone greets you with a smile on their face. We approached the desk on our first day to ask about suggestions for things to do on a free day and stayed with us to ensure we were comfortable and safe.
EVERYTHING. The location is right across the street from American consulate so it's very safe area. The owner and all her staff is very kind and efficient. Don't let a dubious entrance and building front fool you. The room is so big you can fit 5 single beds in there
The bathroom is very clean with good ventilation. The place is handsomely renovated. The breakfast is the best of all the hotels I've stay in India. I can't recommend this place enough.
My stay at Park Suites happens to be one of my best experiences in a hotel. The rooms were spotless and sparkling clean, with an aroma that makes you feel welcome the moment you step into the room. The staff at Park Suites are cordial, and never hesitate to please their customers with their impeccable service. I shall only hope that Park Suites will have the availability to always accommodate my reservations whenever I am in Kolkata.
Where shall i start.... The Front Desk crew around Peter is the best we had during our India trip, super helpful and fun. The Hotel is the attraction itself. Historic to the last corner and extraordinarily renovated and kept in shape. Breakfast sumptious. Pool in the courtyard super refreshing after a sightseeing day. Totally loved it (my girlfriend actually skipped half a day of sightseeing just to enjoy the room!)
Hands down one of the best hotels in India. There is nothing to add except words of praise here. Their rooms are probably some of most well-arranged and spacious rooms I have ever been to, and I have been to all the brands you can think of. Insane buffet spread for dinner, if I may add. Must try other ITC properties now whenever I return to India. Kolkata needed a place like this one.
Cleanliness and courteous staff. Infact, according to my personal experience, one of the only hotels that I've stayed in in India where every staff i met was polite and helpful - from reception to room service to security. Also, it's very close to US consulate where I had work. Will definitely come back and stay here again whenever I come back to Kolkata.
It was a wonderful experience staying with Hotel Aspiring Inn. I must say one of the best Hotel in Kolkata i have ever visited. Rooms were so neat and clean. Staffs were very helpful... Reception guys were excellent in response... Food was very delicious... Lots of entertainment... Atmosphere was peaceful... Enjoyed my stay... Would love to visit again.
We had a wonderful time in Raajkutir Kolkata.
From the cute bedrooms to the lovely staff, everything was perfect.
The indian restaurant is great to discover indian food but if you need they also can custom some menu to suit you.
You can enjoy some quiet time whether you are at the swimming pool or within the hotel grounds.
Super downtown hotel in kolkata. Near to rabindra sadan metro station. Close to park Street. It has clean and comfortable rooms.A good affordable price and helpful and kind staff. It is next to a small pond with ducks and green trees , nice scenic spot right in the business district of Kolkata.
The location of this hotel is very convenient. Walking distance from the New market, Marquis street and park street. The price that I got during my stay was great with breakfast. Recommended for short stays in Kolkata.
Excellent Hotel in the very busy area of Park Street and Esplanade.... just a minute walk beside the Indian Museum at Sudder Street. Rooms were nice, clean and quiet.
Excellent hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were accommodating. The food was incredible. Located at the heart of Kolkata. I highly recommend this hotel.
