Beatiful hotel, spacy rooms (we were lucky to have an upgrade), very comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff, big pool outside with warm water and nice sauna facilities which we enjoyed very much. If you visit Club Millesime on the 51st floor...the place is very coay and has marvellous views Near to the shopping centre, about 7 min walk to the metro, 10 min drive by taxi to the airport

Situated near bustling Sheikh Zayed Road, Grand Hyatt Dubai is set on landscaped gardens with 1 indoor and 2 outdoor pools and boasts 13 dining and entertainment venues. We enjoyed it very much. My kid was delighted with the room space, and he had a chance to play around.

Staffs are super friendly, good service and understanding. Not in touristic area and not surrounding with tall buildings. Nice to discover local environment.
