I love everything about this hotel. Ahmed Tokhy assisted me with the check-in and he gave me a very nice room. The view was amazing, room was clean, the location is the best with free basement parking so you don't need to think about leaving your car in the street.

I loved the big spacious Junior Suit and amazing bed. Lots of light, space, beautiful view, dining room table, work area and it was a free upgrade which conpletely surprised me. Pool was nice, a bit crowded though. Although I have seen lots of guests and kids, it was so quiet in my room. Balcony was useful to have as well. Definitely will be back.

El personal , sobre todo Ali de Limousin, el fue el mejor de todos ,super atento de nosotros , simpre ayudandonos y muy simpatico, gracias a el me senti mejor de mi barriga, Ali acompaño a mi marido a la farmacia para unos medicamentos para mi. Muchas gracias !! Espero volverlo a ver cuando volvamos!!

Everything was perfect, starting from the concierge Mr Fadl ,the reception Mr Mahmoud, the house keeping, the shisha man Mr. Ibrahim were excellent, the LOCATION was great, very friendly staff, very comfortable room, good value for money, nice restaurant and coffee shop, perfect spa, I really recommend this hotel for all family
