Reception was attentive and friendly, asked all the correct questions without asking too much. When we told her it was a mother and daughter weekend she greeted me with a rose. Location was convenient for me. Closer to tram station, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Center (my conference venue), train station (Crossroad) and food outlets. The room and bed were maintained and cleaned on daily basis. Although there were no security personal seen, I felt safe sharing the same access with the hotels' bar/dining customers.
