We booked it for one night to see Liverpool and I liked the building as well as the interior, plus the price was decent for what I was able to see from photos. But when we arrived we were blown away by everything. Amazing interior design, massive building with high ceilings, everything was high quality and well planned! The main area where the bar and restaurant were was exceptional and I felt like I am in one of the nicest hotels in the world and for me definitely one of the nicest I've ever been to. The area underneath where we stayed was very cosy. There were nice carpets, tons of couches and comfy seats with a nice music so you could read a book in peace and not be bothered by people. The rooms were great, really high quality materials and I wish I stayed longer there. We were also surprised by the great staff who treated us really nicely and made sure we have everything and even helped us with our luggage. We rarely experience such a great service but we had it there. The breakfast was alright, very standard continental buffet but there was a bit of everything
