The staff, the consierge, the room, the daily room service was exquisite. Me and my husband will stay at this hotel and no where else for our London vacays'. Thank you for everything

The location was incredibly convenient in central London. The hotel rooms were chic, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the quality of the food at the restaurant when I dined there for dinner, not to mention the elegant decor. The lounge downstairs had a wonderful vibe and drinks as well. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help!
