Great location, very friendly staff. Very comfy bed and pillows. Room was very clean. They even provided bath robes and slippers for my kids.

We appreciated the breakfast in the Pub with great London atmosphere. All the staff was very kind and helpful. We booked two rooms and we got two private rooms on the third floor which was really great ( Noble and Helm rooms) . Fully recommed!

citizenM Tower of London is located directly above Tower Hill Underground Station. All staff were excellent. One of the best we've found in many years of travelling. The organization of all logistical aspects was quick and without a single hiccup.
