Bardzo czysto, bardzo świeża pościel, dobre kosmetyki. Świetny i pomocny zespół pracowników. Kawa w kawiarni na dole kapitalna.

Situated in the West End of London, just a few minutes walk to Covent Garden Piazza and Charing Cross station, the hotel features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The location, staff, cleanliness, quality of the furniture and room, bathroom and the supplies were all fabulous. Will definitely will stay here again! Thank you The Resident Covent Garden!

Rooms are tiny, but so thoughtfully arranged, and with quality linens and products. The many lighting options and sufficient and well-placed electrical outlets are better than most places, bathroom is a good size and perfectly clean, bed is comfortable. Staff very helpful, pleasant and cheerful. Location is perfect. Best for one person. Good value for the area.

Personel hotelu był niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny. Zameldowanie i wymeldowanie przebiegły szybko i sprawnie, a cały proces był bezproblemowy. Saq był bardzo pomocny i zaproponował nam świetny pokój, co uczyniło nasz pobyt niezapomnianym! Pokój był czysty i pięknie utrzymany. Łóżko było wygodne, a wystrój nowoczesny i gustowny. Pokój był dużo bardziej przestronny niż w innych hotelach. Śniadanie było smaczne i różnorodne. Był to bufet z szerokim wyborem potraw, od tradycyjnego angielskiego śniadania po lżejsze opcje.

The room is modern, bed is comfy and everything is clean. The AC works very well. The rooms are small but it was perfectly OK for a couple of nights. Location is superb and staff was friendly and helpful. Overall very good, would be happy to stay here again.

I recently had another fantastic stay at The Z Hotel Holborn, booking through Booking.com this time, thanks to a great discount they offered. I often switch hotels in London based on price and location, but The Z Hotel Holborn consistently outshines the rest. Its prime location is unbeatable, surrounded by cafes, attractions, and restaurants. Plus, the Holborn metro station is just a 5-minute walk away, making transportation, including airport commutes, a breeze. One standout feature is the hotel's secure gate, which locks after 11 PM, ensuring safety and security, accessible only to guests with an access card. While I hope they'll consider adding a safe box in the future, the current amenities are impressive. The staff's hospitality is truly commendable, always welcoming and helpful. Their cozy lobby is a great spot to grab food and drinks. My previous stay was in a quiet room on the 7th floor, which requires a stair climb from the 6th floor as there's no elevator access to the top floor. The 7th floor's advantage is its tranquility and minimal number of rooms. This year, I was pleasantly surprised with room 702 - a spacious and unique two-floor room. The lower level houses the shower room, toilet, and a changing area, while the upper level is dedicated to a comfortable sleeping space. This room has now become my absolute favorite, marking it as my top choice for all future London visits. Its size and quietness make it a perfect urban retreat. A heartfelt thanks to The Z Hotel Holborn for their exceptional hospitality and for making my London stays memorable.
