Attractively located in London, Athena Hotel features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service. Private parking is available on site. Bright, clean room, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, close to shops and halal food restaurants. (Halal kfc, subway and even fish n chips). Very close to Paddington station (Heathrow express n Elizabeth line). Thank goodness for the lift because we have lots of big luggage. We are a family of 5, we were grateful to find a room with 5 beds at last minute because we were scammed when we arrived in London after a long trip around Europe. The room was beyond our expectations. One of us had a later flight, the hotel allowed her to check out a bit later and even keep her luggage after checking out, so that she can explore London more. We would definitely book here again on our future trip to London. Recommended!

This luxury boutique hotel in central London is situated a 5-minute walk from Hyde Park and Paddington Station. It features views over Westbourne Terrace and the historic buildings of the area. With its tall well-appointed comfortable and quiet rooms, this hotel is unusual. The rooms are carefully considered with attention to detail. Penhaligon toiletries were welcome after a 10 hour flight. Everything was there. I was immensely impressed from the moment I reached the street on which the hotel is located. A large flag announced its location. The staff (Daniele and her assistant) were genuine in their welcome. the room was great. The bathroom a delight. Well done. The best in London.

This hotel is located a short walk from Hyde Park, in the quiet surroundings of Bayswater. Close to the center. Well connected to bus, train and tube stations. There are lots of stores, bars and restaurants nearby. Calm neighborhood which is important during the nights.

Conveniently located in the Westminster Borough district of London, Rove Hotel London Paddington is set 1.9 km from The Serpentine, 1.7 km from Madame Tussauds and 2.4 km from Royal Albert Hall. This hotel experience was awesome!! I am INCREDIBLY picky about where I stay. And I was really worried about staying a hotel as opposed to an AirBnB in London, because mold is abundant in London (old houses, damp weather, mold). But my experience at the Rove was fantastic. We stayed there for more than a week at the beginning of our trip, and we were so happy with our experience, we stayed there at the end of our month-long trip. They recently renovated, and IIRC, they gutted an old building and rebuilt the interior. So, it's basically brand new in terms of the rooms. I LOVED the efficient layout of the rooms. All the rooms are slightly different in layout due to space, the efficient way they squeeze so much into a small room is incredible. For one person it was great. For a couple, it might be a little cramped, but the beds are really, really comfortable. The shower took a day to get used to size, it's a little small, but still had decent amount of turn around space. The faucet took some fiddling with until I realized that like driving on the left in UK, hot water handle is the opposite from here in US *grin* The room was a bit cramped between foot of the bed and wall space with my suitcase, which was huge (70pds at Delta), but again, it was relatively easy to deal with. I stayed at this hotel with friends, and we had rooms right next to each other. For the price, this hotel packs a wallop. It's a nice room with all the amenities (even and ironing board) EXTREMELY, COMFORTABLE bed, and great location. About a 5-7min walk to Paddington Station, which we went to a lot. Cabs are easy to catch around the corner if you don't want to use the Tube. I'd give this hotel 11 stars if possible, and it's my go-to hotel in 2025 when I go back to London.
