Set in London, 400 metres from Buckingham Palace, The Guardsman - Preferred Hotels and Resorts features a bar and views of the city. Room was amazing. Clean bright, fully stocked. Handsfree light switches and heated bathroom floors. Beautiful decor, safe neighborhood, great security setup. Beautiful bathroom, very polite staff. This place means business when they say 5 star. This is my new favorite London hotel.

The Resident Victoria, located just 300 metres from Buckingham Palace, offers close proximity to a selection of attractions, theatres and landmarks. I notice that the staff were down to earth , pleasant and helpful. By the second day I decided I should stay longer. I also liked the complimentary wine which started the evening. The location could not have been better for food and shopping so the lack of on site restaurant didnt matter .

I was traveling alone on a one night stopover in London on route back to the U.S. It was a rare moment to myself to breathe after spending 6 weeks, 24/7 with my teenage daughter and in-laws. But, I couldn't have anticipated how wonderful the experience at 41 was going to be. It was like getting a brief chance to experience what I imagine life must be like for the Queen. As I walked out of the doors of this spectacular hotel and around the neighborhood, I realized that I was spontaneously grinning. I couldn't believe my good fortune.

The staff were exceptional everyone of them worked to make our stay an amazing experience, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my mom and I have an exceptional experience. From the warm greetings upon arrival to the attentive service throughout, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. Their knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach made me feel valued and well-cared for. I highly recommend staying here for a truly unforgettable experience, where the exceptional staff sets a new standard in hospitality, the ladies at the spa took care of me and my mom while i was sick. The people who checked us in and out were amazing by accommodating our needs and offering workaround solutions for a very late checkout. The staff at the in room dyeing and most of all the cleaning staff they were the actual heroes of the whole experience. I love them all from the moment we walked until we left we were treated like one of their own families. This is my real honest opinion

A 10-bedroom award winning hotel just 10 minutes' walk from Victoria and its rail and tube station. This stylish property offers individually designed rooms and an all-day restaurant. very relaxed and welcoming. it felt very homely not sterile like a lot of modern hotels.

El citizenM London Victoria Station està ben situat al districte de Westminster de Londres, a 700 m del palau de Buckingham, a menys d'1 km del parc de St James i a 12 minuts a peu de l'abadia de... Els llits són molt confortables i l'habitació és moderna i molt funcional.

El Bower House està situat a Londres, a la regió del Greater London, a 1,2 km del palau de Buckingham i a 1,5 km del parc de St James. Excellent! An old house style, purely British, modern facilities, spotless and unforgettable in Westminster City. 5 stars, my only issue was the window - that can't be open enough in hot, unprecedented hot weather. Another room at the back house was offered promptly. Congratulations to all staff, I'm looking forward to come back!
