The view is amazing! The room is small but very comfortable, the bed is like sleeping in a cloud. Great shower with good water pressure and generous amenities. Very clean as well.

If you have a lot of luggage, it may be better to just get a taxi from HK Airport Express Station (one stop away from Sheung Wan MTR) which should be costing you less than HKD50. Once all that is settled, the location of the hotel is super convenient with a very nice combination of local vibes and fusion influence.

The staff exceeded expectations as they helped me collect a forgotten bag in my room and saved me an hour and a half of transportation. I had an issue with the wifi, and the IT manager visited and tried to analyse it.

All three front desk staffs that we met in 4 days was very friendly and super nice. Location are perfect, a lot of good restaurants and grocery shop around this hotel. Just 3-5 mins walk to get the Tram station and Shuen Wan MTR underground station and 15-20 mins walk to reach Hong Kong-Macau ferry jetty. As usual, most of the property in Hong Kong are small, especially property located in Central of Hong Kong island, when i step in the room OMG the room are really really small than what I expected. Overall, I will rate this hotel 8 out of 10.

The property is just 5 min walk from a metro station that is very convenient though not with direct line to the airport, but with pretty easy access to anywhere else in Hong Kong and Kowloon area. We got an upgrade of the room to the suite that was great in terms of the size, view, amenities, etc. The rooms are huge for Hong Kong standards.

Staff are helpful, resourceful, friendly, and courteous. Facilities include a rare to find gym and free washing machine and dryer. We washed our clothes daily. Location is amazing. A 2 minute walk to MTR subway, 5 minute walk to tram stations. We made so many trips by taking the cheap HK$3 tram to Causeway Bay.
