I loved the fact that they were very coordinative and proactive at the highest order. The waiter Ashmith was very helpful in the evening. He is one gem of a person. In addition, Faisal, our breakfast server, was really good with his service, too. Kudos to the waiters, too. Overall the staff was excellent. Would recommend people to house themselves here if they want a complete Calcutta experience.

It was an amazing experience staying here. The hotel is located at a strategic location, with numerous restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The staff were helpful and well mannered. The free breakfast was also good.
